The Three Pillars of Strength

Optimising your results are essential when you want to be the best you can be. When we first onboard new clients coming in to one of our coaching services we introduce them to what we refer to as the '𝘛𝘩𝘳𝘦𝘦 𝘗𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘢𝘳𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘚𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘵𝘩'.⁣

These form the base of how we work with clients and help them achieve their goals.⁣

The three pillars are as follows:⁣

1⃣ - 𝙏𝙍𝘼𝙄𝙉𝙄𝙉𝙂⁣

2⃣ - 𝙉𝙐𝙏𝙍𝙄𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉⁣

3⃣ - 𝙍𝙀𝘾𝙊𝙑𝙀𝙍𝙔⁣

Each are as important as each other BUT we do find Nutrition to be the one that really helps drive results long term. Fuel your body right to get the best result! I think we all "get it" but it's actually quite surprising how many people get it totally wrong.⁣

Optimising each pillar is something that happens in time. It's very difficult to nail all three 100% all of the time and most of us get some or all of it wrong, quite often. The fact is not everyone will implement each pillar perfectly, it's borderline impossible unless you're a full time professional athlete - and even then!⁣

When working with clients we aim to educate them on the three pillars and help them understand the importance of each one and how they interrelate. From there we work towards helping them drive consistency which leads to long term sustainable results!⁣
